Alan is a chartered town planner and member of the Build-to-Rent Alliance. He specialises in higher density urban living and mixed-use development, managing projects from due diligence and appraisal to pre-application negotiation, consultation, submission, consent and delivery. His experience includes the regeneration of Greenwich Peninsula, the redevelopment of Elephant & Castle Shopping Centre and the Borough Triangle sites in Southwark, as well as Station Hill in Reading and Waterfront Quay in Salford.
