Bela has over twenty years’ experience in leading on high-value and complex development projects with an emphasis on the Build To Rent sector and Urban Regeneration. She has a passion for delivery in the Living Sector and partnering with clients on both place making and creating communities and is a Special Advisor to the British Property Federation on Industry Standards, Building Safety and Regulatory Compliance as well as a member of the Co Living Committee for the British Property Federation.
