Rosie is Design Manager at VervLife, working with developer clients at early stage design to ensure the optimal scheme is designed from an operator, investor and residents’ perspective. VervLife manage over 4,000 Build-to-Rent multi-family, Co-Living, and Single-Family rental homes across the UK. VervLife also support clients throughout the planning process, offering confidence to councils and authorities with professional management input. Rosie is a qualified architect who has been working as a designer and BTR / Co-Living consultant for 10 years. She has seen the sector grow over the years and has a great knowledge of design trends in the market.
