With 19 years experience in Real Estate, Al leads our Single Family Joint Venture with CPPIB which has acquired a pipeline of over 1,200 homes since inception in October 2024.  He has key relationships at some of the UK’s largest house builders and has worked across all sectors on both acquisitions and AM, most notably on a development of 233 apartments in Bury. Prior to KW he worked at a surveying practice advising a JV with HBOS on Brownfield redevelopments for residential uses.
