With Rightmove for over a decade, Tim runs the company’s data services, deploying analytics to generate insights that enable customers to make good decisions quickly. He has a background in investment banking and management consultancy, and an MBA from the Wharton School of Business, USA.

Mandisa joined Greystar in Jan 2015 as a Project Manager in the Capital Projects Team. Over the years she has led projects ranging from renovation of student rooms and adding amenity spaces to  value, to managing large deferred maintenance projects.  Mandisa also had the opportunity to oversee the Development management of Chapter White City a modular building from inception right through to completion.

In 2018, Mandisa began to drive the adoption of a Quality control process within the UK new developments, leading this process on the handover of both student and multifamily projects. Eventually her role evolved into Technical Development one, supporting the Operations team across all new developments from a technical perspective, feeding the operational requirements into design meetings. Then sitting alongside Operations during the defects period to pick up any lessons learned to feedback to the next project.

Previously, she worked for Quintain Estates within their Student Accommodation fund division, which led to her choice of career path within the construction industry.

Rebecca Shafran is a Senior Associate Director at BNP Paribas Real Estate leading on Research for all operational real estate markets including Hotels, Healthcare, Senior Living, Build-to-Rent, and Student Housing. She supports the Alternative Markets teams with data trends, analytics and thought pieces. Rebecca is a member of the Society of Property Researchers.
