Prior to joining BNP Paribas Real Estate UK, he was Head of Investment in the UK for Cortland, a US Multifamily investment firm. Andrew has a background in merchant banking, property development, investment and structured finance and is a pioneer in Build to Rent, Forward Funding, Development, Joint Ventures and Investment. Andrew is highly regarded for his negotiation and deal making successes as well as an expert Build to Rent commentator, regular speaker, chair and moderator at conferences across Europe.
