UKAA are here to professionalise and improve the service delivery of the residential rental sector in the UK. This will be achieved by shared learnings with the USA and the Global initiative of the National Apartment Association (NAA). The UKAA will lead educational training, customer service delivery, study tours, suppliers delivery, and shared learnings.
